Dump Truck Driver/Crew Member
Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This position primarily involves operating a company owned dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites. When driving duties are not required, the driver will assist the crew with general labor tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and safety standards
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Work overtime as required
- Safely operate a dump truck to haul materials and strap down equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck
- Assist crew members with general labor tasks as needed (shoveling, site cleanup, basic equipment support, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Skills:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with trailer and air brake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Previous dump truck or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Diesel and Equipment Mechanic (Paving Equipment Specialist)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Diesel & Equipment Mechanic with experience working on paving and road construction equipment. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of diesel-powered trucks and specialized paving machinery. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both in the shop and in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Maintain and service paving equipment including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and milling machines
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Conduct field repairs at job sites as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
- Work collaboratively with operators and supervisors to keep projects running smoothly
Requirements:
- Experience with brands like Caterpillar, Volvo, Hamm, Wirtgen, or similar
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Strong knowledge of paving equipment and road construction machinery
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Overtime will be required

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
